SHIPPING POLICY

Kay Elaine Skincare (“we,” “us,” and “our”) operates www.kayelaineskincare.com. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


This policy is provided to ensure both parties understand our shipping process, delivery expectations, and responsibilities.


SHIPPING COSTS


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.


Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase. The shipping price shown at checkout is the final shipping cost charged to the customer.


RETURNS


For information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds, please review our Return & Refund Policy.


DELIVERY TERMS


Order Processing


Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST/CDT may be processed and shipped the same business day when possible. Orders placed after 4:00 PM may be processed the next business day.


Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.


Domestic Shipping


Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2–10 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and delivery destination.


A more specific delivery estimate may be provided at checkout based on the selected shipping option.


International Shipping


International orders are generally in transit for 4–22 business days, depending on the shipping carrier, destination country, customs processing, and selected shipping method.


Delivery estimates for international orders may be provided at checkout when available.


Change of Delivery Address


If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.


We may be able to update the shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.


P.O. Box Shipping


Kay Elaine Skincare ships to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. Courier services may not be available for P.O. Box deliveries.


Military Address Shipping


We ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services may not be available for military address shipments.


Items Out of Stock


If an item in your order is out of stock, we may ship available items first and ship the remaining item once it becomes available.


If an item is unavailable for an extended period, we will contact you with available options.


Delivery Delays


If your delivery time has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can assist with reviewing the shipment status.


TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link when available. This tracking link allows you to follow the progress of your shipment based on updates provided by the shipping carrier.


PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT


If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please reject the parcel from the carrier if possible and contact us immediately.


If the package was delivered while you were unavailable, please contact customer service as soon as possible with photos of the damaged packaging and items.


DUTIES AND TAXES


Sales Tax


Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout when required.


Import Duties and Taxes


International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges upon arrival in the destination country.


These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing an international order.


If you refuse to pay required duties or taxes and the order is returned to us, any refund issued will be for the value of the goods only, minus return shipping fees and any applicable costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


CANCELLATIONS


Orders may be canceled before they have been dispatched.


Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, eligible items may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.


LOST PACKAGES


If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to conduct an investigation.


A refund or replacement may be issued once the carrier has completed the investigation and confirmed the package as lost.
