RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the nature of our products, all handmade and/or homemade items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For eligible non-handmade items, returns are only accepted if:

• The item is unopened and unused

• The tamper seal has not been broken

• The item is in its original packaging

• The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

• Proof of purchase is provided

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

Proof of damage, including photos, may be required in order to process a replacement or refund request.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an eligible item, please contact us first. Once the original item is approved and returned, a replacement item will be shipped.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or credit card provider.
